New sports centre to be ready in October 2020
It’s finally official!! THE WORKS OF THE FUTURE SPORTS CENTER at “MAR DE PULPÍ” IN SAN JUAN DE LOS TERREROS were inaugurated 8th January 2020.
With the support of the Diputación de Almería and the City Council of Pulpí, this morning the works of the future Mar de Pulpí Sports Center have been inaugurated, with the laying of the first stone in the iconic Mar de Pulpí Residential, located in San Juan de Los Terreros.
The new sports facilities which are expected to be available for use by October of this year 2020, will include, among other services: gym area, spa area with heated pool and jacuzzi, treatment room, cafeteria and social club of 80 m², outdoor heated pool, running track and high jump, picnic area, landscaped surfaces, etc. All this makes it the first sports center of these characteristics in the town. An investment of 1.8 million euros is planned for its development, and it is expected to be operational as of October this year. During the event, Manuel Fernández Figares, Deputy General Director of TM Real Estate Group, said: “With these facilities we complete the sports and leisure services of Mar de Pulpí to continue being a reference in the sports, holiday and leisure fields. Our homes are ideal for families and sports enthusiasts who are looking for a place to enjoy their rest days in a privileged environment. ”For his part, the Mayor of Pulpí, Juan Pedro García has declared:“ Today, an agreement between TM and the City Council of Pulpí, to provide the residents of the municipality and all those who visit us with quality services ”.
